RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All cabinetry is considered special order and assembled at time of order. Returns are NOT allowed. After payment is received, assembly of your cabinetry begins, and we may be unable to be stopped or change the order. Please make sure to double and triple check your order before placing it to avoid any issues.  

That being said, TLC Kitchen Cabinets strives to provide the best service available and will work on your behalf with the manufacturer to correct any issue and work to resolve any problem. In some cases we can get approval to exchange a few undamaged cabinets with a 25% restock fee. This depends on individual location policy. 

​Accessory items can be returned without a restock fee as long as they are in new, sellable condition.  

​If a cabinet has been installed, has screw holes, door has holes for handles, or damaged, the cabinet is NOT returnable. We can only help with return if cabinets that are in new, sellable condition.
